Reporting infringement

Agent Ander respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe content hosted on an Agent Ander site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent:

Your notice should include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The URL(s) where the infringing material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice with: your identification, the URL of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact information, and your signature. We may restore the material after review.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly post infringing content may be terminated.
