1. The service
Agent Ander provides AI-assisted website building, hosting, and maintenance. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you provide or ask us to use on your websites. You confirm you have the legal right to use any content, text, photos, logos, or trademarks you upload or direct us to use — including content sourced from your own business listings.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to publish:
- Illegal content or content that violates applicable law.
- Phishing pages, malware, or content designed to defraud others.
- Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of others.
- Content that impersonates a government entity or public figure in a deceptive manner.
We may suspend or terminate accounts, or remove content, that violates these terms or applicable law.
4. Billing & refunds
Paid plans are billed annually in advance via Square. If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, we will refund the full amount. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. You may cancel at any time; your site remains live until the end of the paid period.
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. You are responsible for keeping a copy (export) of your website. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
